Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any reason other than a damaged product.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at crocbycierra@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds in place of replacements.

Non-Returnable
Because all sales are final, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than verified damage. This includes sale items and gift cards.
